Chuẩn bị nước sốt: cho 2 muỗng dầu olive, 1 muỗng giấm gạo, 3 muỗng nước tương, 1/2 muỗng dầu mè, 1.5 muỗng đường nâu, gừng băm, 1/2 muỗng mè rang vào chén khuấy đều lên. Bắp cải, cà rốt rửa sạch, bào sợi. Ớt chuông xắt miếng, hành lá cắt nhỏ. Đậu nành rửa sạch, để ráo nước. Cho tất cả nguyên liệu vào một tô lớn.
Sau đó rưới nước sốt vào tô rau củ và trộn thật đều lên cho tất cả hòa quyện và thấm đều vào nhau là xong rồi đó. Khi ăn chỉ cần gắp salad ra dĩa và thưởng thức thôi nè.
